Welcome to VicSee. By accessing or using our AI video and image generation service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

VicSee provides AI-powered video generation (using Sora 2) and image generation (using Nano Banana) services. Our platform allows users to create videos and images through text prompts using artificial intelligence models.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use VicSee's services
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
VicSee is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account

4. Credits and Billing

4.1 Credit System

VicSee operates on a credit-based system
Credits are deducted based on generation type: 1 credit for images, 4-10 credits for videos
Free accounts receive 100 credits monthly
Paid subscriptions include monthly credit allocations that refresh each billing cycle

4.2 Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

4.3 Refunds

Refunds may be available within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used

5. Content Usage and Rights

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the prompts and inputs you provide
You are responsible for ensuring your prompts do not violate any laws or third-party rights

5.2 Generated Content

Free Tier: Generated content includes watermarks and is licensed for personal/testing use only
Pro Tier: Generated content is watermark-free with full commercial rights
You are responsible for how you use generated content
VicSee does not claim ownership of generated content

5.3 AI Model Attribution

Generated videos use OpenAI's Sora 2 model
Generated images use Nano Banana model
You acknowledge that AI-generated content may have limitations and imperfections

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use VicSee to generate content that:

Violates any laws or regulations
Infringes on intellectual property rights
Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
Depicts or promotes violence, harassment, or discrimination
Impersonates any person or entity
Violates OpenAI's usage policies or content policy

7. Content Moderation

VicSee reserves the right to review, reject, or remove any content that violates these terms
We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies
Failed generations due to content policy violations will not be refunded

8. Service Availability

VicSee aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with notice
Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible

9. Intellectual Property

The VicSee platform, including its design, features, and code, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service
Our name, logo, and trademarks are owned by VicSee

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

VicSee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VicSee harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the service
Your violation of these terms
Your violation of any rights of another party

12. Privacy

Your use of VicSee is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Termination

14.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time
Access continues until the end of your billing period
No refunds for partial months

14.2 By VicSee

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
We may terminate service with 30 days' notice for any reason

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
