How does the credit system work?
Each generation costs credits: 1 credit for images (Nano Banana), 4 credits for short videos (3-5s with Sora 2), 10 credits for longer videos (10s). Free accounts start with 10 credits. Pro accounts get custom credit packages with no watermarks. View pricing details on our pricing page.
Do you add watermarks to free generations?
Yes, free tier outputs include a small VicSee watermark. Upgrade to Pro to remove watermarks and unlock full commercial rights. Watermarks are subtle and placed in the corner—your content is still usable for testing and previews.
What models do you use?
We use OpenAI's Sora 2 for video generation and Nano Banana for image generation. Both are cutting-edge models optimized for quality and speed. You can choose which model to use on each model's page: Sora 2 or Nano Banana.
How long does generation take?
Images (Nano Banana) generate in 5-15 seconds. Videos (Sora 2) take 2 to 3 minutes depending on duration and complexity. You'll see real-time status updates, and we'll notify you when your generation is ready.
Can I use generated content commercially?
Pro subscribers have full commercial rights to all generated content (watermark-free). Free tier outputs include watermarks and are licensed for personal/testing use only. Upgrade to Pro for commercial licensing.
What aspect ratios and durations are supported?
Sora 2 supports 1:1 (square), 16:9 (landscape), and 9:16 (portrait) aspect ratios. Video durations: 3s, 5s, or 10s. Nano Banana generates square images (1024×1024) by default, with custom sizes coming soon.
Do you have an API?
Yes! Pro subscribers get API access to integrate VicSee into their own applications. API documentation and key management are available in your account dashboard. Upgrade to Pro to access the API.
What happens if a generation fails?
If a generation fails due to our system error (not content policy violations), your credits are automatically refunded. You can retry immediately. Common failure reasons include: prompts that violate content policies, server timeouts, or model unavailability.
